West Road Concert Hall

The conference will take place at the West Road Concert Hall.​

West Road Concert Hall is the largest conference facility within the University of Cambridge and is an attractive and functional conference venue in the centre of one of the most historic and beautiful of England’s cities.​

Designed by Sir Leslie Martin, West Road Concert Hall opened in 1978 and is widely regarded as one of Cambridge’s premier music venues. It is renowned for its superb acoustic qualities. ​

Situated on the University's Sidgwick Site, only a few minutes’ walk west of the famous Cambridge Backs and King’s College, West Road Concert Hall is easily accessible on foot, by bike, on public transport, or by car.

Museum Zoology

Welcome Reception​

The Whale Hall of The Museum of Zoology and galleries, will host the Welcome Reception (drinks and canapes) on the evening of Tuesday 8th April 2025 providing a  unique and memorable experience. 

The Whale Hall, designed especially to house 21 metre long Fin whale, forms an impressive entrance to the Museum. ​​The Museum of Zoology is one of Cambridge’s major attractions, displaying thousands of specimens spanning the entire animal kingdom, from elephants, giant ground sloths and giraffes, to birds, reptiles, insects and molluscs.

King's College Hall

Gala Dinner​

The gala dinner will be held in the in the King’s College Hall on the evening of Thursday 10th April 2025.​

One of the 31 constituent Colleges that make up the University of Cambridge, King's College was founded by King Henry VI in 1441 and has continuously striven to uphold Henry’s love for ‘education, religion, learning and research’. ​

The Georgian Gothic Hall was designed by William Wilkins in the 1820's and is considered one of the most magnificent and dramatic dining halls of its era. With an impressive 13.6 metre high ceiling, antique stained glass windows and original oak panelling, it is an extraordinary space for any occasion.​

Set on the banks of the River Cam, at the heart of the city of Cambridge, King’s provides an unrivalled, versatile venue for a broad spectrum of events – residential conferences, corporate dinners, executive entertaining, receptions, awards ceremonies, celebratory events and more.​
