Delegate fees include full conference attendance, refreshments, lunches, and the Welcome Reception. Accommodation and Gala Dinner are not included. Gala dinner tickets can be booked during registration for £65. Accompanying guest tickets can be booked for £105. This includes a ticket to both the welcome reception and conference gala dinner for one additional person.

Travel Grants

We are pleased to offer a limited number of travel grants to support Students and Early Career Researchers who submit an abstract. The number of grants and the funding amount per grant are yet to be determined but all interested applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

Eligibility and Application Process

Applications for travel grants will be evaluated based on potential impact and contribution to the conference goals alongside your institution’s support. Details regarding eligibility criteria, application deadlines, and required documentation will be provided soon. To apply for a travel grant, please tick the appropriate box when you submit your abstract.
