At Synuclein 2025 there will be 180 posters, and we are delighted that these will be on display during all conference days.
You can find your poster number in the email we sent you with the guidelines. It is important that you include this number on your poster in the top right corner. Please display your poster on the board that corresponds with your poster number.
You will be able to display your poster from Tuesday 8 April at 12 noon and it must be removed by 1 pm on Friday 11 April. Any posters still on display after 1 pm on Friday 11 April will be removed.
You can find out which room your poster should be displayed in by referencing the poster plan, which will be available at West Road Concert Hall.
While all posters will be displayed during the whole conference posters with odd numbers will have their poster presentation Wednesday 9 April, while posters with even numbers will have their poster presentation on Thursday 10 April during the breaks as in the programme. This will allow us to enable the highest visibility for all posters to engage in discussion. Please ensure you are available at these times to present your work to interested delegates.
We are offering a printing service for delegates at a cost of £18 per poster. Posters are printed on a 170gsm satin poster paper and will be delivered to your board at the start of the conference. If you would like to use this service, please email syn25@opening-doors.org.uk. The deadline for sending posters to us is Monday 31st March.
Prizes for the best posters presented at the conference will be awarded and the winners announced during the closing ceremony on Friday 11 April. Posters will be judged by all delegates. A link to enter your favourite posters online will be sent during the conference and judging will close at Midnight on Thursday 10 April.
