About Cambridge

Cambridge is a small city situated in the East of England around 45 minutes travelling time from London King’s Cross train station, which is adjacent to St Pancras International. 

London Stansted Airport is approximately 30 minutes from Cambridge by train and several other international airports are within two hours travelling time. 

The city is compact and easy to get around on foot or on bicycle and travel to the wider region is possible via road or rail.  

The University of Cambridge, which was founded in 1209 and its Colleges are at the core of the city and internationally renowned for innovation, research, science and technology.
