Beware Scam Emails

We have become aware of a scam where an organisation is pretending to be the designated travel agency for the conference organisers and is emailing invited speakers. If you receive emails from Travelhosting (dot) co (dot) uk, please be careful. The email includes a link to pay for accommodation by credit card.

Please ignore the emails and do not reply nor click on any link given by them. You can also block the domain on your email client. This company is NOT a service partner of INTS. The appointed INTS conference organisers team (Rose, Celia, or Charlotte from Opening Doors & Venues) will generally email you from the domain @opening-doors.org.uk. The only way to book INTS speaker accommodation is via the link in emails sent from the domain @opening-doors.org.uk. If you are in doubt at any point, please email us on INTS2024@opening-doors.org.uk or phone our office on +44 (0) 1562 731 788.

Fees

Registration fees include attendance at the 4-day conference including lunch and refreshments and attendance at the welcome reception at King's College. It does not include the conference gala dinner (which can be booked for an additional £90) or accommodation.

*Please note: Anyone registering at the discounted rate (Medical Student, PhD Student or Allied Health Professional) will be asked to upload evidence during the registration process, e.g. a letter on headed paper from their host institution to confirm their status.

Sports & Head Injury Public Session

The Sports & Head Injury session on Wednesday 4th September from 9am until 11:30am is open to the public.

Tickets can be purchased for £10.

If you are registered for the conference you do not need to book a ticket as you will already have access to this session.

Payment

Payment must be made by credit/debit card at the point of submitting your registration. We do not accept Amex.
