We've curated a program of activities for partners, guests, and families of our delegates. We want to ensure your loved ones experience the best of Cambridge while you're at the conference. Cambridge is a city rich in history and culture, and we hope they enjoy exploring its many attractions.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we may need to cancel activities if we don't reach the minimum number of participants.

Bespoke Newmarket Tour and Anglesey Abbey Visit 

Monday 28th July | Depart Cambridge by coach 8:30am – return by 3.30pm​

Newmarket Guided Tour: An early morning at the world-famous Gallops followed by coffee and refreshments at The Jockey Rooms and onto a behind the scenes tour of the National Stud, where you will learn about the history and heritage of this fascinating, internationally renowned town. You will return via National Trust Property, Anglesey Abbey and Gardens, giving you 2 hours to get a self- funded lunch and enjoy this historic property and its surroundings. Anglesey Abbey Visit: Discover a historic Jacobean house, transformed from a monastic priory to a 20th-century home. Explore the stunning gardens, each season offering a unique beauty, from the winter garden to the vibrant dahlia display. Indulge in delicious treats at the Redwoods Restaurant or the Garden Office Café, both offering a variety of hot and cold drinks, light meals, and pastries. Immerse yourself in history at the 18th-century watermill, showcasing traditional machinery and captivating stories. Duxford Air Museum visit, followed by lunch and shopping at Burwash Manor

Tuesday 29th July | Depart Cambridge by coach 9:30am – return by 3.00pm​

Duxford Museum visit with the return coach stopping at Burwash Manor cafe and shops so you can treat yourself to a tasty light lunch or early afternoon tea followed by a mooch around the lovely unique and individual shops before boarding the coach back to Cambridge.​ 

Duxford Air Museum: From the early days of flight, through to the dramatic days of the Second World War and the technological advances of the Cold War, IWM Duxford has played a central role in some of the most significant periods of 20th-century history.​ Inside every hangar and exhibition, you’ll discover iconic aircraft, see historic objects from our collections and uncover hundreds of personal stories of the many lives impacted by conflict. Lunch and shopping stop at Burwash Manor: Burwash Manor is two courtyards of converted farm buildings housing a collection of independent, unique artisan shops and a café with both indoor and outdoor seating where you will be able to treat yourself to a tasty light lunch and some homemade cake.​ The shops are all small independently owned businesses offering a wonderfully complementary range of goods and produce, many stocking items exclusive to the Burwash site. Walking & Gin Punting Tour

Monday 28th July or Tuesday 29th July from 2pm | Two and a half hours

Start with a 60min walking tour that concludes at the punting station. A 60 min chauffeured punting experience follows with a tasting of English Bloom Gin (soft alternative available on request). Starting point to be confirmed in due course.

Chauffeured Gin Punting Tour: Punting in Cambridge is an amazing experience, especially along the College Backs. ​This section of the river showcases the city's best sights.​ With this tour, traditional Cambridge punting meets the famous juniper berry. ​Experience the classic College Backs private punting experience led by our knowledgeable guides and accompanied with your very own BLOOM ready-to-serve gin
