We have a number of rooms at Graduate Cambridge and The University Arms which are bookable for a fee during the registration process. If you have already registered and would like to add a room to your booking please email wcflcr25@opening-doors.org.uk. Please note that rooms are now very limited.

Additionally, several Cambridge Colleges in the vicinity of the main conference venue offer B&B. To book a room at a College, please visit the Speedy Booker link below. Please note that availability for College rooms is limited, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

Beware Scam Emails

We have become aware of a scam pretending to be the designated travel agency for the conference organisers emailing invited speakers. If you receive emails from Travelhosting (dot) co (dot) uk and Global Travel Team / Global Travel Service, please be careful. The email includes a link to pay for accommodation by credit card.

Please do not reply or click on any link given by them. You can also block the domain on your email client. This company is NOT a service partner of WCFLCR25. The appointed WCFLCR25 conference organisers team (Madalina, Judith, Celia, or Charlotte from Opening Doors & Venues) will email From the domain @opening-doors.org.uk.

University Arms Cambridge, re-created in 2018 by architect John Simpson and interior designer Martin Brudnizki, offers 192 rooms and suites across four floors, with views over Parker’s Piece, historic Regent Street, and the hotel’s inner courtyard. The architecture and interiors are undeniably British and grounded in the Edwardian era – that exciting first decade of the 20th century where modernity began to tease tradition.
