Discounted early bird registration is only available for the first 60 registrations so book early!

Standard tickets now available, however please note that places are limited due to venue capacity restrictions and we encourage organisations interested in attending to be considerate of this aspect when booking places for their teams so that we can ensure a truly diverse experience for all.

Fees

All the fees are in GBP and not vatable.

Payment

Payment must be made by credit/debit card to confirm your registration. We do not accept Amex.

We ask you to submit all the delegate details first. A payment request email will follow. Once payment has been submitted, you will be redirected to a 'thank you' page which will conclude your registration journey and trigger an automated confirmation email. This will include a copy of your payment receipt and VAT invoice. Registration for, and consequent attendance at, the conference are not confirmed without payment. 

Confirmation emails going to spam?

   Please note that automatic confirmation emails may go to spam folders initially. If needed, please whitelist the following domain with your provider: opening-doors.org.uk to ensure our emails reach you safely. 

Accompanying person/guest

   Guest tickets for the dinner may be released closer to the event, depending on availability.

Please note that the registration form won't store incomplete data and must be submitted in order for your registration to be finalised and received by the organisers. We recommend using a desktop device. If you are using a mobile device, please use it in landscape mode.
