Pre-conference Hosted Visits

Lean in HE – England South Regional Group are pleased to offer a number of hosted pre-conference events to our international delegates to maximise the value of their journeys. These events are organised and managed separately and individually from the main conference with named booking contacts provided below.

A hosted visit to UCL at our Professional Services Centre, London (https://www.ucl.ac.uk/maps/bidborough-house).

UCL is undertaking a review of its Professional Services operating models as part of our 2022 – 2027 Strategic Plan (https://www.ucl.ac.uk/strategic-plan-2022-27/ucl-strategic-plan-2022-27) and this is an opportunity to hear more about the functions work that is taking place within our Education Administration and Student Experience space in faculties, as well as other functions, such as HR, Finance, Research; and hear about the expansion of our managed service centre.

There will also be an opportunity to network with other UK universities in the Lean in HE network for the second half of the morning through a facilitated World Café.
