Registration is open until midnight on 20 April 2026
Please contact the organisers for late registration availability: admin@bmla.co.uk / office@bmla.co.uk.
Before you begin your registration...
Please note that you will need to provide the following details during Conference registration. Please make sure you have this information handy before you start, as it is mandatory on the forms and you will not be able to finalise your registration without it. If you are booking Educational Courses only, the below is not required.
BMLA Membership ID
If you are registering as a member, this information will be required; you can find your membership ID in the footer of your active membership certificate.
You can download your most recent membership certificate by logging into your account on the
Membership Platform.
Alternatively, email admin@bmla.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Student ID
If you are registering as a student, you will be required to upload a copy (scan or photo) of your valid student ID.
|
Nurse ID
If you are registering as a nurse, you will be required to upload a copy (scan or photo) of your valid Nurse ID or registration certificate.
Therapists
If you are registering as a therapist, please note that in order to validate your registration, the Committee may request proof of qualification as a therapist and/or experience as a therapist over the last 3 years (working for a clinic or medspa).

By card
Our
preferred payment method is online by credit/debit card at point of registration. BMLA uses Stripe for secure online payments (you don't need a Stripe account to make payments).
Alternative
If you/your organisation are unable to make online card payments, select the bank transfer payment option before submitting the registration form. Payment terms are 14 after invoice date, which is automatically attached to the confirmation email. If you need to pay by purchase order, please provide the purchase order number by email to
admin@bmla.co.uk. This can be done after the registration was submitted - we will issue an updated invoice.
Once you have initiated the registration, you will have to submit it in full in order for the data to be stored. The forms won't capture incomplete data and you will lose any progress you made if you don't submit the form (planning to return to it later won't work well).
New conference account
If you are creating a new account when beginning a registration, that account doesn't become active unless the full registration form has been submitted. Please note that if this occurs, unfortunately you will be unable to use that same email to create a new account.
If you have submitted an abstract, you will have already created an account for the 2026 conference, so please use those details to log in.
Group Booking
A group booking can be made for groups of up to 10 attendees. If you are planning to submit a group registration, we have collated the information that you will need from each individual to be able to submit their registration.
If you are registering a large group, we recommend doing this in batches (i.e. fully submit the form with 2 or 3 registrations at a time, to avoid any progress you made being lost; then log back in the account to add to the group by increasing the group size).

Cancellation
Delegate fees are non-refundable; the Organisers will not refund full Registration Fees following Cancellation request by the Delegate as a result of the Delegate’s change in personal circumstances (including but not limited to Covid-19 related reasons). The Organisers strongly recommend that the Delegate purchases personal insurance cover for such scenarios.
