Your booking options are:

  • Individual booking 
  • Group booking - for groups of up to 10 attendees; this form can also be used to complete a registration on behalf of one individual only, if you wish to be the main contact and handle financial matters and be CC'd in communications
  • Education Courses only - delivered on Wednesday 6 May; use this form if you don't plan to attend any of the conference days 
  • Conference with or without Educational Courses - this form allows you to book your conference attendance (7 and 8 May) with the option to add Educational Courses
