Opportunities

There are a number of sponsorship and exhibition packages available at #ARA2025 for interested organisations.

Exhibition spaces within a 3m x 1.5m or 2m x 1m footprint will be positioned in the Information Village situated in a large pre-conference foyer area where all catering and networking will also take place. The exhibition will be open from 11:00am on Wednesday 27th August until 5pm on Thursday 28th August. This annual event brings together the influential players of the recordkeeping sector from around the UK with high profile speakers discussing latest developments and delegates networking with fellow members of the community.

SUSTAINABILITY

The conference endeavours to take steps towards being as environmentally sustainable as possible. The introduction of the conference app will make a huge difference to the information available to delegates via their devices. For ARA 2025 the programme, list of delegates, sessions and abstracts will be available in digital format only (via the website, app and hybrid platform) and delegate bags will not be produced.

We would like to take this opportunity to urge all our sponsors and exhibitors to consider sustainable, reusable display materials for their stands and avoid plastics and single-use collateral. Thank you for supporting our sustainability efforts.
