When and where is ARA 2025 taking place?
ARA 2025 will be held as a hybrid conference from 27-29 August 2025 at Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre, with virtual delegate participation options available.
What are the ticket options and pricing?
We offer in-person and virtual attendance options, with early-bird rates available. Full details can be found on the registration fees page.
How does the hybrid format work?
The ARA 2025 programme of sessions will be delivered in-person by speakers, from the Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre, but will be accessible by delegates attending in-person or virtually online. Virtual attendees will have access to the full live-streamed programme of sessions.What platform will be used for virtual attendees?
The conference will be hosted on OnAir, the dedicated virtual platform provided by EventsAir, offering the opportunity for virtual attendees to send Q&A messages, access networking features and view the virtual exhibition ‘stands’.Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, sessions will be recorded and made available to registered virtual attendees after the conference for a period of 2 months. Delegates that have purchased in-person tickets will have access to the recordings from 1 week after the conference.Why are remote presentations discouraged?
Remote presentations are discouraged to ensure the best possible experience for both speakers and attendees. In-person presentations allow for better engagement, smoother interaction with the audience, and fewer technical disruptions. They also help create a more dynamic conference atmosphere, fostering networking opportunities and meaningful discussions. While we do offer virtual attendance options, we encourage speakers to present in person whenever possible to maintain the quality and impact of the sessions.Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know during registration. We also offer a quiet room during the conference for anyone who needs it. Our Wednesday social venue, which is away from the main conference hotel, is also fully accessible.
Where can I find the conference programme?
The full programme, including speaker details, will be available on our website from March. Please visit the Programme page.
Can I transfer my ticket from in-person to virtual attendance?
Ticket transfers are not accepted under the registration terms and conditions for ARA 2025, however such a request may be considered under extenuating circumstances. Please contact the organisers by email if you wish to submit a request.
Can a colleague attend in my place?
Attendee substitutions are accepted. Please consult the registration terms and conditions for more details on this matter.
