WARNING! FAKE Reservation Service trying to SCAM conference speakers

We have become aware of a scam where an organisation is pretending to be the designated travel agency for the conference organisers and is emailing invited speakers. If you receive emails from Travelhosting (dot) co (dot) uk, please be careful. The email includes a link to pay for accommodation by credit card.

Please ignore the emails and do not reply nor click on any link given by them. You can also block the domain on your email client.

This company is NOT a service partner of ILC5. The appointed ILC5 conference organisers team (Madalina, Celia, Kate or Rose from Opening Doors & Venues) will generally email you from the domain @opening-doors.org.uk. The only way to book ILC5 speaker accommodation is via the link in emails sent from the domain @opening-doors.org.uk.

Delegate Registration

The below registration tickets cover attendance at the 3-day conference, including lunch and refreshments. A ticket for the conference gala dinner, taking place at St John's College on Wednesday 17 July, is also included, however you will be asked to confirm attendance for the latter during registration so that we can provide accurate numbers to the venue.

During registration, please use the email address associated with your primary affiliation.

Early Bird Fees are valid until Sunday 31 March 2024 (midnight, UK time).

Payment

We accept payment at point of registration by credit/debit card. Please note that by initiating your registration via the link below, you will not be able to complete and submit this without making the payment on the final page. 

Once payment has been submitted, you will be redirected to a 'thank you' page which will conclude your registration journey and trigger an automated confirmation email. This will include a copy of your payment receipt and VAT invoice.

Waiting List

Places are limited due to venue capacity. Once the ticket sales have reached capacity, the registration form will automatically enable you at add your name to the waiting list (please follow the link below as you would to complete a registration). 

Once you have added your name to the waiting list, you will receive an acknowledgement email. If a ticket becomes available, you will be notified by email and payment will be required at that stage to secure your place. Adding your name to the waiting list will not incur a charge.

Please note that the registration form won't store incomplete data and must be submitted in order for your registration to be finalised and received by the organisers. We recommend using a desktop device. If you are using a mobile device, please use it in landscape mode

Confirmation emails going to spam?

   Please note that automatic confirmation emails may go to spam folders initially. If needed, please whitelist the following domain with your provider: opening-doors.org.uk to ensure our emails reach you safely.
