Outline Programme

The conference programme will span 3 full days of scientific sessions and various networking opportunities, concluding with the conference dinner. Please see below an indication of the days’ format and times. The full scientific programme will be populated in due course, so please return to this page for updates.

Day 1 - Monday 15 July 2024

10am – 12pm Registration followed by:

Opening remarks;
Keynote and invited speaker presentations;
ECR Sessions with selected oral presentations;
Evening Welcome reception in the Cloisters of St John’s College (pre-arranged coach transfer from LMB available).

Day 2 - Tuesday 16 July 2024

8am – 9am Registration followed by:

Invited speaker presentations;
Selected oral presentations;
Evening poster session at the main conference venue, MRC LMB (anticipated to begin directly after the last session of the day, around 5:30pm);
Invited speakers’ dinner at King’s College (anticipated to start at 8pm; pre-arranged coach transfer from LMB available)

Day 3 - Wednesday 17 July 2024

8am – 9am Registration followed by:

Invited speaker presentations;
Selected oral presentations;
Keynote presentation;
Closing remarks;
Conference dinner in the Hall of St John’s College (anticipated to start at 8pm; pre-arranged coach transfer from LMB available)
