Late Breaking Posters Deadline: 31 May 2024
Abstract submission is now closed but we are accepting submissions for poster presentations through the Late Breaking Portal
Before you can submit an abstract for ILC5 you must register. Details of fees and the registration process can be found on the following page:
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation of registration email. This will include a bespoke link to the abstract submission portal linked to your registration. Please do not share this link as it will result in your registration being overwritten.
By submitting an abstract you will be designated the corresponding author for that abstract and all communications regarding the abstract (submission, review, presentation etc.) will be sent to the email address you used to set up your account.
Abstract Format
- Abstract Title - The title should clearly identify the contents of the abstract. Please type your abstract title in sentence case, i.e. Capitalise only the first letter of the title and then any proper names or acronyms. A maximum of 20 words is permitted.
- Abstract Text – Please type your abstract clearly describing your work. A maximum of 300 words is permitted.
- Language - Authors should ensure that the abstract is written in acceptable, standard English. Authors whose native language is not English are urged to have an English-speaking colleague review the abstract before sending it.
- All submitted contributions will be peer-reviewed by an expert panel.
- Late breaking abstracts that pass the review will be offered a poster and would then be placed in a suitable poster session.
- Authors will be notified of the review outcome by email by the end of June 2024.
