SGPE PhD students and Scottish Economic Society Membership
All PhD students enrolled in the Scottish Doctoral Programme in Economics are members of the Scottish Economics Society. Before you register as a student member though, please check that you are enrolled in the programme.

PhD students at any of the Scottish Graduate Programme in Economics institutions (SGPE) can apply for affiliation, which provides a range of benefits including free SES membership.

In order to be granted full affiliation, students need to meet certain academic requirements. To find more information and apply for affiliation please follow this link. Please note: if you do apply for affiliation it will not apply until the following year so you will still need to register as a non-member for this year's conference.
