EU citizens do not need a visa for the UK. Visitors are advised to check eligibility criteria on: https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa.

Invitation letter for visa application

For those who require a special invitation letter for Visa Application, please send a request to the local conference organisers, Opening Doors & Venues, by emailing events@opening-doors.org.uk with passport details (including full name, organisation, passport number, passport expiry date, nationality, date of birth). The organisers will provide nominal invitation letters to participants duly registered to the event.

Visa for travel should be organised by participants directly with immigration authorities of the host country. ISTA is not responsible for providing support for obtaining visa or meeting requirements for entering the host country. Please consult the immigration authorities of the host country directly for any further information.

Please note, that ISTA does not organise travel arrangements for participants (e.g. air tickets, airport transfers of hotel bookings).
