We take online registrations only for the FLBA 22/23 Conference. Whether you wish to attend in person or virtually, please complete your registration via the button to the right. 

For catering, badging and access purposes, registrations will close on 6 January 2023, midnight. If you register after this time, a late registration fee will be charged. 

Day conference: The Auditorium, Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, and live streamed via a secure online platform (access details will be confirmed with registered attendees closer to the event)

Conference recordings will remain accessible on-demand for 3 months post-conference (until 14 April, midnight UK time)

Evening dinner: St John's College Dining Hall (not live streamed)

In-person attendance (registration before 6 January):

Over 5 years call £140

Late registrations (after midnight on 6 January):

  • post-conference access to all recorded sessions

Virtual attendance (registration before 6 January):

Includes: 

  • access to a secure online platform to view all conference sessions live or on-demand post-conference 
  • access to the virtual exhibition areas
  • possibility to ask questions during the live sessions
  • opportunity to interact with fellow attendees via chat & video calls 


Conference Dinner

A set 3-course conference dinner with a welcome drink and surprise entertainment is being planned at St John's College, Cambridge. 

The cost to attend is £65 per person and ticket(s) can be booked during registration or at a later date, but before 6 January 2023. Places are limited and tickets may not be available on site.

Alternative dishes to accommodate all dietary requirements will be pre-confirmed with the venue, so please make sure to provide accurate dietary requirements during registration.


Charity Donations

The FLBA 2022/2023 Conference is proud to support the Azadi Charity that focuses on evacuating and resettling regime-target Afghans

During the registration process you will have the opportunity to contribute a £5 donation to our chosen charity.

charity run entirely by volunteers, the Azadi Charity is urgently raising money to allow them to continue evacuating and responsibly resettling at-risk Afghans who are currently being targeted by the Taliban regime, in particular female members of the judiciary. Azadi provide travel documents, pathways, embassy assistance, accommodation and transport to families escaping to safety. More information can be found here
