Please consult the delegate registration fees below before proceeding with your online registration. 

Speakers

If you are a speaker, you will receive your personalised registration invitation from the organisers soon, which will include instructions on how to book your place. Please do not use the registration form on this site a speaker.

Sponsors & Exhibitors

Sponsors and exhibitors will also receive separate registration instructions in due course.

ARA MEMBER

The below fees apply to current ARA Members. Membership will be checked during registration so please make sure you have your membership ID handy.

Corporate membership
ARA Institutional Affiliate (corporate) membership allows for three staff members to attend one event at the member rate, after they have used their allocation all other non-member staff bookings will pay the non-member rate.

You will not be able to renew your membership during the Conference registration. For membership enquiries please contact Lorraine Logan on +44 (0) 1823 327077 and select Option 1, or email membership@archives.org.uk.

ACCOMMODATION INCLUSIONS AND OPTIONS

The 'Full Conference including 2 nights’ accommodation' ticket includes one single occupancy room for 2 nights: Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st August at the Europa Hotel Belfast (conference hotel).

Booking an additional night (Tuesday 29th August)
There are a limited number of rooms available for the night of Tuesday 29th August. You will have the opportunity to add a room for Tuesday night at a cost of £187.50 (single occupancy B&B) during the registration process. 

Please note, this option is available when booking the 'Full Conference including 2 nights’ accommodation' ticket only. If you are a Day Delegate and wish to book accommodation at the Europa Hotel, please contact the hotel directly. 

Changing your room type from single to double or twin
If you wish to change your room type to a double or twin (for 2 people sharing) please let us know after your registration has been submitted. We will then send you an invoice for the cost of an additional person sharing (£20 per night B&B).

The 'Full Conference no accommodation' and the 'Day Delegate' tickets do not include accommodation or the option to add this during conference registration. If required, this will need to be booked directly with the hotel.
