This creative workshop from Terrence Bos and Mirjam Hofman (Windesheim University of Applied Sciences) explores the state of Lean culture within teams. Using the Eduflow model, first presented at the 2023 LeanHE conference, attendees will have the opportunity to assess their own team's culture as well as apply the model to others. As well as exploring the theory behind the Eduflow model and how it can be used, the workshop offers techniques to take away and use elsewhere.
