45min session

Details

In this fascinating session, Krista Schulte of the University of Michigan shares their 'problem-first' approach to improvement. Moving away from the traditional approach of first using training and workshops to help solve problems later, this session will show how to flip the traditional approach around and help people with their problem first, enabling people to see first hand the impact and value of Lean thinking. Experience improvement from a consultant's perspective and take some practical tips away to give this new approach a try.
