Emma Morris and Katie Wall lead this fast-paced, scenario-based workshop looking at how Continuous Improvement (CI) teams within Universities can can ensure their services remain both viable and valuable. The session will encourage attendees to think about ways in which their CI service - new or established - might need to rise to new challenges in the ever-changing and environment of HE.
