Antonio "Tony" is Programs Director at UCSD. He has trained over 2,600 staff in Lean Six Sigma and process mapping, and was awarded 2021 Exemplary Staff Employee of the Year. He facilitates cross-departmental projects, applies LSS methodologies, and develops AI modules to support campus-wide change initiatives.
