Lean vs Change Management - Luke Philimore (Nottingham) and Dr Tammi Sinha (Surrey) offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to discussions on this new area of research with this workshop style discussion. Attendees will be asked for their thoughts and ideas on how the two methodologies of Lean and Change Management can and should co-exist. Additionally, Tammi and Luke are keen to explore further opportunities for collaboration (not limited to the theme of Lean vs. Change Management) within the LeanHE network during the session.
