With experience in senior finance roles, as a published author in organisational scholarship, and research in Positive Organisational Scholarship, I developed the KIND-AP3 Framework to support compassionate leadership - Humanizing HE and advancing organisational theory, with a strong interest in Lean and Six Sigma practices.
