In this workshop of discussion and ideation, Jordan Nickel and Kate Mather introduce the concept of service blueprinting. This session introduces, explores, and aims to build upon a tool that facilitates the convergences of Lean principles with the open-ended, user-centered approaches of design thinking found in service design. Attendees will work through a hands-on scenario to explore the concept and delve further into the potential application of service blueprinting in process improvement.
