With their inimitable Norwegian touch, Svein Are Tjeldnes and Frank Lindrupsen lead this highly interactive workshop exploring sustainable continuous improvement through their own model: Leadership, Culture and Training (LCT). During the workshop, participants will be introduced to they key dimensions of the LCT model and have the opportunity to collaborate with peers to generate new insights and strategies to challenge, refine and enhance the original framework. Audience participation required!

Svein Are is a Lean manager, design thinker and experienced facilitator at UiT the Arctic University of Norway. He has a passion for sharing knowledge within continuous improvement and human centered approaches. He is co-creator of the video blog #bærekraftigfacilitation, an extensive online resource for facilitation, as well as contributor to the book “Transforming Higher Education With Human Centred Design”.

Frank is a Lean manager and facilitator at the Norwegian Tax Administration. Before this he worked at UiT the Arctic University of Norway for 14 years. He has run different improvement projects, facilitated numerous workshops and staff training sessions. Frank enjoys exploring new methods and ways of working, and has now more than 10 years of Lean experience.
