Justyna Maciąg is a professor at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, researcher, lecturer, consultant, and facilitator. She heads the Department of Public Management and coordinates the activities of LeanHE Poland. She is a member of LeanHE Europe and the author of Lean Culture in Higher Education—Towards Continuous Improvement.
