Kevin’s work focuses on Lean/CI, unsiloing workflows using business office efficiencies & IT support systems. A certified LSSBB, uses project management skills and Prosci methodology to guide and support campus partners in creating collaborative, sustainable best practices and a supportive infrastructure. Served as Chair, Lean HE 2023 San Diego.
