I'm Eric Olsen, a Professor of Industrial Technology at Cal Poly's Orfalea College of Business. With over 19 years in academia and 20 years in industry, I've focused on lean thinking since 1990. As Director of Central Coast Lean, I study building lean practice communities. I lead Cal Poly's Lean Six Sigma Certification Program and actively participate in various lean and operational excellence committees internationally.
