Ingrid Bles-Bartelink shares the incredible story so far and offers insights into the True North model, where ambition, objective and values are aligned with strategy to meet our objectives. Learn about True North ways of working, and how Kaizen and Lean play a key part.

Ingrid Bles-Bartelink is advisor Sustainable Education at Saxion UAS.
Ingrid is responsible for embedding sustainabilty in all educational programmes. It is her effort that last year the Board has adopted the Saxion Vision on Sustanability. Ingrid holds a bachelors degree in Logistics and is Green Belt Lean. Currently Ingrid takes a Master of Climate psychology and -behavior.
