This exciting, hands-on workshop from Amelia Johnson and Alice Trethewey (Exeter) unpacks the overlaps and similarities, as well as the differences and gaps, between Lean Thinking and other methods, frameworks and theories through the medium of problem solving. Attendees will be challenged to use different and creative ways to solve a problem, utilising their skills and experiences in quick, problem solving cycles. In this expertly facilitated process, attendees will challenge common habits and unlock their inquisitive minds!

Her specialisms include one-to-one interviews, workshops, and experience mapping. To advocate user-led design, she facilitates cross-departmental ideation sessions and produces clear reports for product teams.
