Ideal for new and established CI practitioners and teams, the session will end with a café-style discussion for attendees to share experiences, advice and lessons! Attendees will also leave with a CI toolkit to refer to and a model for reviewing their own CI services.

With expertise in Lean practices and a background in HR, she drives process improvements, delivers CI development programs, and fosters collaboration through Oxford's thriving CI Community of Practice, building a culture of continuous growth across the institution.

Biography

I am Director of the University of Oxford's Change and Continuous Improvement team, with many years’ experience of managing projects and change. I am also on the LeanHE England and Wales Steering group, and love to make connections with others. My mantra is Think Big, Start Small… but just Start!
