Dr. Tammi Sinha brings LEGO Serious Play to Cambridge to create a fun, impactful environment to explore Lean, CI and sustainability. Using the UN Sustainable Development Goals as a backdrop, participants will be encouraged to build models to understand the current and future states of their own universities, with the idea of sustainability at the forefront. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to explore techniques including Hoshin Kanri, Continuous Improvement project templates templates and doughnut economics!
