Details
In this valuable session, Ruth Archer (Michigan Tech University) explores how to develop meaningful metrics for improvement from a leadership point of view. We often find that the impact of improvement still needs to be translated into business terms for leadership reporting. In this session, attendees will learn a new and collaborative approach to developing metrics by understanding impact first. Hands-on learning will be via a collaborative case study, as well as support and advice on how to measure impact in their own areas.
