Biography
Graeme was a contributor to ‘Hoshin Kanri in Education’ a recent publication on strategy development and deployment in HE. In his day job at the University of Strathclyde Graeme is responsible for managing a variety of continuous improvement projects, delivering efficiencies, and enhancing the staff and student experience and facilitating strategy workshops based on Hoshin Kanri principals. Graeme is a keen coach and learner.
