Professor Maciej Pienkowski (WSB Merito University) explores the 5 Lenses Method, a structured approach to problem-solving and innovation. Participants will learn how to use the five lenses - Customer, Process Efficiency, Management, Skills and Behaviours - to gain a holistic view of challenges and opportunities within more creative, heterogeneous environments. As well as outlining the method and exploring how the framework is applied, the session is enhanced by a real-life case study of it being used in a successful transformation project.
