Considerable thought has gone into crafting the dinner menu for the Gala Dinner, ensuring a balance of innovation, flavour, and sustainability while catering to a wide range of dietary requirements. The 2025 menu has been designed to offer delicious and creative dishes that showcase high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients. ARA and the Delta Hotel Chef are committed to providing an inclusive dining experience, accommodating various dietary needs without compromising on taste or presentation. To streamline service and enhance the dining experience, we will ask delegates to select their main course during the registration process.
