Biography
Sally is the Managing Partner of Nicholes Family Lawyers and is a market leading family lawyer within Australia and internationally. Sally established Nicholes Family Lawyers in 2005, having practised exclusively in family law from 1995, and has since provided an exceptional level of service that sets her apart from her peers. Sally is an accredited Independent Children’s Lawyer, a qualified collaborative lawyer, and a Nationally Accredited Mediator.
Sally holds expertise in international disputes, complex property cases, and matters affecting the LGBTIQA+ community. Sally has been internationally recognised for her instrumental role in international child abduction matters, as well as matters concerning gender dysphoria and special medical procedures affecting children.
Sally is deeply involved in legislative and policy reform, through her involvement with the Australian Federal Police and Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation. Sally is the Deputy Chair of the World Congress on Family Law & Children’s Rights, a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, a AFLAM member. Sally also sits on the Board of Children’s Rights International and Voice of Change.

Biography
Daniel Cash is a student at the ANU, studying Law and International Relations. Writing regularly for The Age, Daniel offers a youth perspective to mainstream media – his insights have also featured on radio, prime-time television, and newspapers including WA Today, The Brisbane Times, The Canberra Times, and the Sydney Morning Herald. Daniel’s articles have been included in the curricula of various Victorian schools.
In 2023, as the then School Captain of Melbourne Grammar School, Daniel publicly criticised the Presbyterian Church of Australia’s same-sex discriminatory submission to the Australian Law Reform Commission. Daniel has received the Future Leaders Award from the Trust for Young Australians, the Greig Friday Young Leaders Award, and the Hone Medal for leadership. Daniel regularly speaks at conferences, events, and panels, offering Gen Z insights.

Biography
At just 21, Julieta leads Fundación Tremendas, a global movement empowering girls and young women. She founded the organization at 15, and today it spans 18 countries with over 1,500 volunteers. Recognized twice by Forbes as one of Chile’s 30 Most Powerful Women, she is also co-founder of Latinas for Climate and a two-time honouree among the 100 Latinas Most Committed to Climate Action.
In 2024, Julieta became a WHO BreathLife Champion and addressed the UN Future Summit, where she was named a permanent advisor to the UN Women Leaders Network. She also received the Rising Star award from Women of the Future in London. In 2025, she was selected as a Woman of the Future at the 2025 Osaka World Expo and in July this year she will begin an internship with the European Union in Brussels.
Under her leadership, Tremendas expanded to Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, and has hosted the first Regional Girls’ Summit for Latin America and the Caribbean in Chile. in March 2025. Julieta has spoken at COP25, COP26, and the Generation Equality Forum, and was highlighted by El País as one of the “21 Leaders for the Planet”. She studies Anthropology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, blending activism with academic insight.
